What are the daycare requirements and vaccinations needed?
Every dog is thoroughly evaluated before joining our playgroups to keep all guests safe. For daycare, your dog must be in good health, generally social and non-aggressive, and must have proof of the following from your veterinarian:
- Rabies (1-year or 3-year, as determined by your vet)
- DHLPP — Distemper, Hepatitis (Adenovirus), Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus
- Bordetella (kennel cough vaccine) within the last 6 months
How old does a puppy need to be to join daycare?
Puppies are welcome beginning at three months of age to join our Puppy Playpen, a dedicated room where they can socialize and develop safely without the worry of larger, more dominant playmates.
Do dogs need to be spayed or neutered?
Yes. Dogs must be neutered or spayed at the appropriate age before joining our socialized playgroups. This keeps the group calm and safe for everyone.
What is your policy on aggressive dogs?
For the safety of our guests and staff, dogs exhibiting any aggressive tendencies will not be permitted into socialized play at any time. We work closely with our guests and reserve the right to remove a dog from group play if behavior becomes a concern.
Is boarding really cage-free?
Yes! Our guests stay in comfortable, no-cage boarding suites furnished with Kuranda beds — never wire cages. They enjoy plenty of daytime play and attention, then rest in a clean, roomy suite each night. Explore our boarding suites.
What is included in the boarding rate?
Boarding includes a comfortable private suite with a Kuranda bed, attentive care, and supervised group play and socialization during the day, so your dog stays happy and exercised while you're away. See our Prices & Packages for full details.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
For daycare, check-in is 7:30–9 AM and check-out is 4–6:30 PM. We are open Monday through Saturday from 7 AM–7 PM. On Sunday we offer boarding pickup only.
What is your grooming cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a grooming appointment. This gives us time to offer the slot to another guest and keeps our groomer's schedule running smoothly.
Can I watch my dog during the day?
Absolutely. We've provided web cameras in each of our play areas so you can log on anytime and check in on how your dog is doing — whether you're at work or out of town. Learn more about our web cams.
How do I register my dog?
Simply complete our short online registration, then fax your dog's current shot records to (972) 423-7110. After that, call (972) 398-6008 to schedule your dog's evaluation and first visit.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We're at 1151 West Parker Road Suite 207 (the northwest corner of Parker and Alma) in Plano, TX 75023. We're open Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–7 PM, with Sunday boarding pickup only. See our location & directions page for details.
