Guest Registration (form)
Upon entering Waggin Tails for the first time, each of our guests will participate in an individualized evaluation.
The purpose of this session is to get to know each other and to assess temperament, health and specialized needs.
Each of our guests must meet the following qualifications:
- Well mannered and friendly to both people and dogs
- Spayed or neutered (if over X months)
- Current vaccinations
- Must be receiving flea/tick treatment during flea/tick season
- In addition, the following documents must be presented:
- Waggin Tails Guest Agreement (attached)
- Guest Profile (attached)
- Proof of the following vaccinations
- DHLPP within 1 year
- Rabies within 1 year
- Bordatella/Kennel Cough within 6 months
Fill out the Registration form now! Also, please print this Personality Profile and fax it to us, or you can bring it in on your first visit.
Rabies shot is required every 3 years in the State of Texas
Doggie Web Cameras
We wanted to take the wondering out of our customers’ minds and show them what we do, all day, every day and have provided cameras in each of our play areas so that you can see exactly what your dog is doing, and if you can’t see him on camera for some reason, just give us a call and we will gladly put him in the spotlight so you can rest assured that he is getting the best care at all times.
This is especially wonderful if you are out of town and have your laptop, just log onto our site and you can see how well your dog is doing at Waggin’ Tails.
