Guest Registration

Welcome to the pack! Here's everything you need to get your dog registered for daycare and boarding at Waggin' Tails.

Your dog's first-day evaluation

Upon entering Waggin' Tails for the first time, each of our guests participates in an individualized evaluation. The purpose of this session is to get to know each other and to assess your dog's temperament, health, and any specialized needs — so we can match them to the right playgroup and make sure every day is a happy one.

Guest qualifications

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, each dog must meet the following qualifications:

  • Well mannered and friendly to both people and dogs
  • Spayed or neutered (at the appropriate age)
  • In good health with current vaccinations
  • Receiving flea/tick treatment during flea and tick season

Required documents

Please bring or fax the following documents so we can complete your dog's registration:

  • Waggin' Tails Guest Agreement
  • Completed Personality Profile
  • Proof of required vaccinations from your veterinarian

You can fax your documents to (972) 423-7110 or bring them in on your first visit.

Required vaccinations

  • DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus) — within the last 1 year
  • Rabies — within the last 1 year
  • Bordetella (kennel cough) — within the last 6 months

A note on rabies

The State of Texas requires the rabies vaccine every 3 years, and we're happy to accept a 3-year certificate as long as it is current. If you have any questions about your dog's records, just give us a call.

Doggie web cameras

We wanted to take the wondering out of our customers' minds and show them what we do all day, every day. That's why we've provided cameras in each of our play areas, so you can see exactly what your dog is doing. If you can't see him on camera for some reason, just give us a call and we'll gladly put him in the spotlight so you can rest assured he is getting the best care at all times.

This is especially wonderful if you're out of town with your laptop — just log on and check in on how well your dog is doing at Waggin' Tails Doggie Web Cams.
